Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a smooth return and refund process as outlined below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in the same condition as when you received it,

unused and free from signs of wear,
-
with all tags/labels attached,
-
in the original packaging,
-
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:

defective,
-
damaged,
-
or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Return exceptions
Some items cannot be returned:

underwear/shapewear where the hygiene seal is broken (for hygiene reasons),
-
customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items),
-
beauty and personal care products that have been opened,
-
hazardous materials, liquids or gases,
-
sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Right of withdrawal in the EU
In addition to our 30-day return policy, the EU right of withdrawal also applies. You have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item, without giving any specific reason.
The conditions are the same as above: the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags/labels attached.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction before the refund appears in your account.
