1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, make a purchase from WESHAPES, a company based in Sweden.
By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.
The terms are in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation, including the Distance Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchase Act, and the GDPR.

2. Orders and Agreement

When you complete a purchase, a binding agreement is entered into between you and WESHAPES.

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian.

Once your order has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
Please check the confirmation carefully and contact us if anything is incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed through our partners (such as Klarna, Swish, or card payment providers).

We reserve the right for typographical errors and price adjustments.

4. Delivery

The standard delivery time within Sweden is 4–6 business days.

Deliveries are handled by our shipping partners, and the shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by transport companies or circumstances beyond our control.

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee to cover shipping and handling costs.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and seals intact.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to shapewear or underwear where the seal has been broken.

To return an item, contact our customer service for further instructions. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer.

Once a return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Complaints

If an item is defective or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping and will either send a replacement or repair the item.
If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The information you provide is used solely to manage orders, deliveries, customer service, and – if you have given consent – marketing.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website – including logos, images, text, and design – is the property of WESHAPES or our partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

We strive to ensure all product information is accurate but reserve the right for any errors in text, pricing, or images.

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by the use of the website or by delivery delays, except where required under Swedish consumer law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law.

We always aim to resolve disputes directly with the customer.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of your purchase always applies.
